Five-Year Warranty
Five-Year Warranty Built to last. Backed by us.
Every Clarity task light is engineered for years of daily use. We stand behind its quality with a five-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failure from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to Clarity task lights purchased on or after 29 May 2026. Lights purchased before this date are covered by the warranty that was in place at the time of purchase.
What's covered This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and component failure under normal household use, including the LED light engine, driver, dimmer, zoom optic mechanism, gooseneck, and power supply.
If your Clarity light develops a fault within five years of delivery, we will repair, replace, or refund it, whichever is most appropriate, at no cost to you. A repaired or replaced light remains covered for the remainder of the original five-year period.
What's not covered This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or disassembly, use with non-standard power supplies, or damage caused by power surges, voltage spikes, or an unstable mains supply. It does not cover normal wear to cosmetic surfaces, minor variation in colour temperature within normal manufacturing tolerance, or items used in commercial or industrial settings.
How to claim Contact us at info@morningtonstudio.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Where helpful, a photo or short video speeds things up. We will respond within two working days and arrange the next steps.
If we need the light returned, we ask that you pack it securely enough to protect it in transit in a suitable box, and we will cover the cost of return shipping within the UK.
Please retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
Your statutory rights Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the product, up to the price paid for it. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
