Every Clarity task light is engineered for years of daily use. We stand behind its quality with a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failure from the date of delivery.

What's covered

This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and component failure under normal household use, including the LED light engine, driver, dimmer, zoom optic mechanism, gooseneck, and power supply.

If your Clarity light develops a fault within two years of delivery, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you, including return shipping within the UK.

What's not covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or disassembly, use with non-standard power supplies, or normal wear to cosmetic surfaces. It does not cover items used in commercial or industrial settings.

How to claim

Contact us at info@morningtonstudio.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Where helpful, a photo or short video speeds things up. We will respond within two working days and arrange the next steps.

Please retain your order confirmation email as proof of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
