We want you to love your new light. That's why every Clarity comes with a 100-day risk-free trial.

Take your time. Use it for reading, crafting, or whatever brings you joy. If you're not completely happy within 100 days, simply let us know. We'll refund you in full, including your original delivery charge, and cover the return postage too.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know straight away and we'll make it right.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 2–5 working days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the funds, but rest assured, it's on its way.
